move objects

Translate that we can move objects by using a point, or via the delta.

For 'to a point' is:

Translate the object to maintain the original orientation.

translate a selected object by pointing out the reference and destination points.

Translate object orientation in connection with the destination point is identical to the original object.

For the 'Delta' is:

Translate selected object by specifying a new location in terms of rectangular (XC delta, delta YC, and ZC delta) coordinates.
