Line between two points

We will draw a line between two points:
Open Line tool.
Make sure the selected associative.
Select starting point for a new line. Use the Point Snap tool to assist the selection of objects.
In the following picture has been selected starting point at the end point of the existing line. Plane inferred based on the selected display line end point.
Note that for clarity in this example, we have used the F3 to turn off dynamic input box.
Select the end point for the line. Based on the properties of the end point, auto-plane can be changed.
In the following image auto-plane aircraft changes common to both points, and lines into the edit mode.
